Your Last Mouthful

The majority of the posts on this blog are reviews and I use my ‘spoon rating system’ as a way to let you know what I do and don’t recommend. All eateries and food products are reviewed under five categories with an overall rating at the end. Each category is rated with a green, orange or red spoon.

The colours are like a traffic light system. Green is good, orange is average and red is poor. Those businesses that receive a green spoon overall are considered to be of a high quality and subsequently make it into my ‘Green Spoon Directory’ on my website- yourlastmouthful.com if they are based in Cardiff.

Although the directory on the website is only for Cardiff businesses, on this blog I will review businesses from anywhere in the world.
